Nice and light, with fruit-forward notes of plums and berries with nice acidity on the finish. Almost like a Chianti in terms of its body. As far as wines from Argentina....La Yunta's 2005 Torrontes is, hands down, one of the best damn white wines I have ever tried. Dobbin Lane’s 2003 Merlot is a great bottle for under ten…$7.99 at Bristol Farms (www.bristolfarms.com) in Southern California.
